• the data provided will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
• the provision of data is voluntary but necessary in order to use the services available on the Portal;
• You have the right to access and rectify, erase, restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing;
• data may be made available by Telewizja Polska S.A. w likwidacji to entities authorised to receive personal data on the basis of legal regulations and to entities to which the Administrator entrusts personal data on the basis of an entrustment agreement concluded in writing;
• you may contact the Data Protection Supervisor at rodo@tvp.pl and also by post at the address Telewizja Polska S.A. w likwidacji, ul. J. P. Woronicza 17, 00-999 Warsaw, with a note "To the Data Protection Inspector";
• personal data will be stored for the duration of the maintenance of an active User Account; when the "Unregister" option is used, the data will be deleted;
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Inspector General for Data Protection (and the subsequent President of the Data Protection Authority), if you consider that the processing of your personal data relating to data protection violates the provisions of the GDPR.
• The personal data provided will not be subject to profiling. Telewizja Polska S.A. w likwidacji will not transfer personal data to a third country or international organisation. Personal data may be disclosed to authorities authorized by law and entrusted under a written entrustment agreement to entities providing services on behalf of Telewizja Polska S.A. w likwidacji.
